Frequently asked questions
What do I need to provide?
Black shorts, yellow socks, shin guards and football boots. Playing shirts will be provided. (Socks and shorts can be purchased through the club).
What age group does my child belong in?
Players age must be under the name of the age group on the 1st of January of that year.
So if your child is 11 on the 1st of January and turning 12 during the year, they will be in under 12.
How does the club run?
Our club is run entirely by volunteers. Please by patient with our volunteers and lend a hand where you can.
How can I help?
There are plenty of opportunities to help, from admin to painting lines, setting up equipment and helping with game days. Just ask!
How long does the season run?
The playing season runs from the start of term 2 until the end of term 3.
How far do I have to travel?
Games are run across Geelong, depending on which clubs enter into your age group. Games can take place between Lara and Torquay.
